Group Fitness

Group fitness is a fantastic way of getting fit, having fun, socializing and getting you on the right path to better health.  All our trainers are qualified individuals in circuit training and have personal training and first aid certifications.

We have sessions happening on weeknights in locations around Hertfordshire and we have residential 3 day bootcamps on offer which include adventure activities too!
