Our Weekend fitness bootcamp are constructed to be fun, informative, exciting and effective.  They are designed to help you get fit and build confidence, by mixing traditional types of exercise with fresh ideas on training with the added action of outdoor fun activities. Two nights’ accommodation and all meals included.

Raft building and race

Indoor rock climbing

Adventure orienteering

High ropes courses

What exercise will I be doing?

We believe that exercise should be enjoyable so we have made all our activities as fun and challenging as possible.  Some of the exercise sessions will include.

Kettle bell training

Core training

Weight and body weight training

Relay races

Suspension training

Boxing

Parts of the training will be in a boot camp style (Don’t worry, it’s not military, we just will push you and motivate you), the exercises will work you hard and help you burn fat, increase muscle definition, correct posture and tone up that tummy!

What if some activities are not for me?

Don’t worry we will have alternative sessions with our dedicated fitness and activity professionals.

What else will be happening?

At the start of the session all customers will have a fitness consultation.

During the experience, we will be providing seminars on healthy eating, goal setting for the future, flexibility and posture workshops.

There will also be time to relax, have time to take in the beautiful views and chill out with good people.

Our sports masseurs will be on hand at the end of the break to help ease any tightness and help you feel great before returning to work.

Where will I be sleeping?

You will have accommodation in single or shared rooms.

What will I eat?

First and foremost your nutritional health is important to us, so you will have a healthy menu with the vegetarian options. Don’t worry; it’s not just going to be a lettuce leaf prepared in different ways. We don’t believe in starving people. In fact quite the opposite, we want you to eat as much of the right stuff as you can!

So what is the plan for the days?

You will arrive on the Friday Morning, at 9am ready to check in and start at 10 am.  You will then have the chance to get rid of the bags and get stuck into some action, once a couple of sessions have coompleted you will have lunch and then get going again on an outdoor mission.  Once you have had enough fun, you’ll have dinner and then an easy activity and time to relax and recuperate.

The next two days will be organised as follows

  • Light exercise session
  • Morning breakfast
  • Boot camp session
  • Lunchtime
  • Afternoon outdoor activity
  • Light exercise and stretch workshop
  • Dinner
  • Seminar
  • Relaxation time

On the Sunday you will have a massage to relax and unwind any tension before you leave from our sprts massage therapists.

The venue is in an inspirational setting at Grafham Water Centre, Perry, Cambs.  PE28 0GW

By Road

Leave the A1 at the Buckden roundabout and take the turning onto the B661 signposted to Kimbolton. Carry on down the road to Perry. Once in Perry turn right opposite the Wheatsheaf Pub down Chichester Way. At the bottom of the road turn a tight right into Grafham Water Centre.

By Rail

Huntingdon Train Station and St Neots Train Station are the two closest stations to the Centre. Both are under a 15 minute taxi ride away.

How much?

The total cost of the break is £299!This includes 2 nights accomodation and meals included. The expertise of professional fitness trainers and activity instructors and all the advice you can get from us! You will also be given the fitness break nutrition document and an exercise plan with the exercises you completed while with us.
